Who We Are

Alignment AI is a small AI shop based in Cleveland, Ohio. We build custom tools for small and medium-sized businesses — the kind of tools that take the tedious work off your plate so you can get back to running your business.

We were started by Upton Rand, who trained AI models for Google and OpenAI before they launched to the public. He has learning disabilities and built tools to help himself work better long before "AI automation" was a thing anyone was selling.

We don't sell off-the-shelf software. We sit down with you, figure out what's actually slowing you down, and build something for that exact problem.

Before we even meet, we review what you sent us and come with a working prototype. You see it, touch it, and know exactly what you're getting before you spend a dollar.

While we're building, one person is writing the code and another is trying to break it at the same time. Problems get caught before they become your problem.
